  • Brawley Union High School District is committed to increasing the academic achievement of all students while implementing sound college and career readiness programs.  The Office of Curriculum & Instruction plans, organizes, controls, and directs District programs and services in the areas of curriculum and instruction correlated to the implementation of the Common Core State Standards and Smarter Balance Assessments.

High-quality professional development is a priority and our teachers are committed to infusing 21st Century Skills into their lessons giving our students real-world applications and abilities that will help them flourish after they graduate.  Our teachers also work hard to integrate content from different curricular areas into their lessons and have recently taken care to infuse civic learning and environmental education into their classrooms.
