The Human Resources division handles a wide variety of functions within the district including Staff Development, Risk Management, Labor Relations, Teacher Recruitment and Retention and Employee Salary and Benefits. The Director of Human Resources directs a comprehensive personnel program for all employees including planning, initiating and coordinating the recruitment, employment and assignment of certificated and classified personnel. The Human Resources staff values and respects our employees.
