Dental care keeps students healthy, learning, and thriving — preventing pain, missed school days, and long‑term issues. Services may include exams, cleanings, X‑rays, fluoride, sealants, and cavity treatment.
Most students with Medicaid/CHIP receive care at no cost, and private insurance or affordable self‑pay options are available. Paper consent forms will be sent through tutorial, or you can sign up using the online consent form below. Please return paper forms as soon as possible.
