Meeting Dates, Agendas, & Minutes: 

Addressing the Board of Education:  An individual or group representative may address the Board of Education on any agenda item within its jurisdiction.  Not more than three minutes may be allotted to each speaker and no more than twenty minutes to each subject, except by consent of the Board of Education.  The Superintendent may refer the matter to the proper department for review.

Please complete a request card and submit to Board President prior to Public Communications.  All persons who address the board must speak from the podium and provide a name and address for public record.

Placing items on the Agenda: Members of the public may request that a matter within the jurisdiction of the Board be placed on the agenda of a regular meeting.  The request shall be in writing and be submitted to the Board President or Superintendent with supporting documents and information, if any, at least fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled meeting date.  

The Board President and Superintendent shall decide whether a request is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board.  For more information contact the Superintendent's Office.
