The mission of Business Services is to accurately provide schools, students, the community, administration and the Board of Education with budget and financial planning that maximizes, distributes and safeguards the resources available to carry out the educational needs of the students and support activities of the District.  We maintain the public trust by providing high quality services and by using our resources prudently, efficiently and equitable.  Preserving the long term financial viability of the District is always a key factor in our decisions. 

This is accomplished by:

• Planning, organizing and administering the accounting, budgeting, internal audits, payroll and purchasing, which includes maintaining an accounting procedure to record all transactions affecting receipts and disbursements.

• Planning, developing and monitoring budgetary procedures

• Monitoring and interpreting federal, state and local legislation and codes to insure compliance.
