Human Resources

The Human Resources division handles a wide variety of functions within the district including Staff Development, Risk Management, Labor Relations, Teacher Recruitment and Retention, and Employee Salary and Benefits.  The Director of Human Resources directs a comprehensive personnel program for all employees including planning, initiating and coordinating the recruitment, employment and assignment of certificated and classified personnel.  The Human Resources staff values and respects our employees.

  • Our goal is to promote a positive and caring work environment in which employees feel comfortable seeking support on personnel-related issues and questions.

  • We will strive to increase constructive communication between administration, classified and certificated employees.

  • We will also work to implement a web based HR information system to facilitate easier communication regarding areas such as payroll and benefits.
