Hazel Health is co-hosting with a company called Equip. Equip specializes in supporting families who are experiencing eating disorders. Hazel Health's own Dr. Travis Gayles, Chief Health Officer, will be moderating a panel discussion with the experts from Equip to hopefully gain insight into eating disorders including warning signs and treatment options.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask the panel their own questions as well.
