Join us as we celebrate the 82nd annual Bell Game. We will meet at the Cafeteria entrance at 2:24 and parade down North 5th Street (Southbound) and to the Kiwanis Kiosk on Main Street, Friday Oct. 31st




Hello BUHS if you're interested in joining mat maids, we have a meeting coming up on 10/29 during lunch in room 13. Please stop by to learn more or reach out to Mr. Rouhotas or Mr. Martinez.
Boys Basketball will have a meeting after School on Wednesday, Oct 29th, at 2pm. Anyone interested is welcome to attend but you must make sure you have a 2.0 GPA. After the meeting we will have an open gym for those who are able to workout.
SPORTS RELEASE:
Here are some details about Winter Sports Clearance.
Winter Sports are Girls & Boys Basketball, Girls & Boys Soccer, and Girls & Boys Wrestling.
BLUE TICKETS TO PLAY
In order to practice and try out on the first day, ALL athletes must have their Blue Ticket to Play.
Students can pick up their tickets to play starting Monday, November 3rd in the ASB Office or Ms. Munguia's Office.
Before you can pick up your ticket, you must complete your online registration at www.registermyathlete.com.
Every athlete needs medical clearance from a doctor to play. If you do not have your medical clearance yet for this year, you can pick up the Medical Clearance form outside of Mr. Brewer's Office in the New Gym. It must be completed and signed by the doctor and the parent.
ELIGIBILITY
We encourage students and parents to check the ELIGIBILITY Tab in the Aeries Portal for Academics, Attendance, and Behavior. (You can see this portal tab when you're on the Chromebook or computer. It is not on the phone app.)
If your child needs to increase their Attendance Percentage or serve any hours, there are two more Saturday Academies: October 25th and November 1st. We encourage your child to attend if needed. There is also after-school detention.
TRY OUT DATES
Coaches will post Try-Out Dates & Times in the Weekly Updates toward the end of October. Read the Weekly Updates or talk with Mr. Brewer, the Athletic Director, for more information.

Brawley Wrestling's annual "Adopt-a-Wrestler" fundraiser is back! For every adoption, you'll receive a Wildcat Wrestling crewneck and one ticket for two people to all home duels and tournaments.
This fundraiser runs until October 27. Contact Coach Smith or a wrestler today to participate. Join us in supporting our wildcat wrestlers! Wrestlers that are currently doing another sport and any students that plan to wrestle, please see Coach Smith in room 22 to receive your packets.
