The highlight of the night was the recognition of Samari Washington, a BUHS sophomore whose positivity and creativity brighten the campus. Samari is known for his personality and his passion for art—what began as simple doodles has grown into detailed drawings created on the specific paper he prefers. His talent continues to flourish, reminding everyone that ability—not disability—is what defines a person.
