WILDCATS ACCEPTED AND ENLISTED! BRAWLEY UNION'S UNIVERSITY ACCEPTANCE AND MILITARY ASSEMBLY

Brawley Union High school seniors were celebrated at the University Acceptance and Military Assembly on Wednesday May 27th, 2026. This special event is open to all seniors and juniors. For seniors, it markers another memorable milestone as they celebrate their achievements alongside friends and family. For juniors, it serves as an inspiring glimpse into their future by showing them their incredible places Wildcats go as they prepare for their own senior year.

This year, over 100 graduates were recognized for acceptance into University and Military. Graduates have been accepted into universities across California, Arizona and other states. Wildcats will be making their mark at San Diego State University, which accepted over a dozen graduates. Other universities include University of California Los Angeles, California State Polytechnic University Pomona, and Sacramento State.

Additionally, several graduates are continuing their athletic careers in college, including Adam Avila, Jacey Reeves, Ricky Ortiz, Jack Fischer, and Lauren Zaragoza. They are embracing the exciting opportunity to pursue both their academic and athletic dreams in a new state. Each of these student-athletes had their official signing earlier in the year.

The event also honored graduates who have enlisted in the military, committing to serve in branches such as the Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force. Their dedication to service makes Brawley Union High School beyond proud. We celebrate their commitment to protecting and serving our country.

This event is more than just a recognition ceremony rather a testament to the hard work, ambition, and dedication of Brawley students as they embark on the next chapter of their journey.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!
