We are proud to celebrate Karina for earning 1st Place in the 2026 Congressional Art Competition. Her powerful piece, “Puppetteered by the Fear,” has been awarded a Certificate of Congressional Recognition, signed by Congressman Raul Ruiz, Member of the U.S. House of Representatives for California’s 25th Congressional District, 119th Congress.
Karina’s artwork will be displayed at the US Capitol tunnels in Washington DC, representing the creativity, talent, and voice of students across our district🌟
